Client wants to build a complete portal to provide the information for the Citizens of Malaysia where the government wants to promote trans parency in government activities and services.
The existing portal had limited features wasn't flexible and extendable to address client's business needs of showing transparency in government activities and services

1. Monthly Budget Planner
This application is effective for users to plan out their monthly budget in systematic way. The objective of Monthly Budget Planner is to help users to plan and maintain on either an accrual or a cash basis.
2. Government Spending Module
Government spending is an application where public can see how and where government spends the capital. The objective of Government Spending has been designed is to acknowledge user about the entire budget spending by government agencies and City Councils. This is also to promote transparency in government activities and services. ESquare provided end to end solution covering right from requirements, to architecture, to development, to testing support and eventual release.
